GCU offers online programs in Education, Business, Nursing and Health Sciences, and Liberal Arts, including Christian Studies. All of our programs are built for flexibility and ease. Programs are completed in 1.5 years to 2 years, and transfer credits may allow students to complete programs in less time. Students usually take classes one at a time, completing two 8-week courses each 16-week semester. As a student, you'll attend class whenever is convenient to you, whether it's during a lunch break at work, at night after the kids are asleep, or any other time you find for yourself. On the first day of each class you'll receive all assignments and a syllabus, allowing you to work ahead if you wish. Students are expected to access the classroom four times each academic week to be aware of emails from professors.
