Because students have unique learning styles and educational goals, and to ensure that each student gets the most from his or her academic experience Grantham University offers two academic delivery options: Standard Cohort Format and Accelerated Format. With the Standard Cohort Format, students get to know and interact with each other and instructors extensively, and develop teamwork and life-long networking opportunities. Many students find the Standard Cohort Format both supportive and productive. The Accelerated Format gives students the opportunity to complete courses more rapidly than in a standard eight-week format, while maintaining interaction with the instructor. Student initiative, accountability and extensive independent study are essential in this format.
100% online learning means students study from the comfort of home, or any place they prefer. Those traveling for work, duty to country, or any other reason can simply bring their studies along with them. Courses last 8 weeks, but can be completed at an accelerated pace. Some students have completed their bachelor's degree in as little as 18 months depending on the number of transfer credits accepted, diligence in studies, type of degree program, number of electives, etc.
While enjoying the freedom of taking tests and submitting assignments online, students are encouraged to engage regularly with their course instructors, gaining the full benefit of our professionally experienced and dedicated faculty. Student resources also include a vast array of library resources available 24/7, a Student Advising and Learning Center offering advanced tutoring on an as-needed basis, Virtual Labs accompanying some courses, and Career Resources for when it's time to put your degree to work.
